Under general supervision the PharmD Experiential Experiences Coordinator provides administrative oversight of Pharmacy students experiential experiences and manages the Electronic Management System ( EMS ) used to schedule, manage and evaluate these experiences.

Essential Duties Summary

• Oversees for the PharmD Experiential Experience program logistics including, but not limited to; coordinates student placements, calendaring and planning key dates, maintains critical data bases, ensures student and site compliance or other site and accreditation requirements.
• Leads and co-leads polling preceptor availability, student scheduling, and works with preceptors to complete all student assignments, includes delinquent assessments.
• Assists sites and preceptors with a variety of requests by responding to incoming communication emails, faxes or calls, including assessing site and preceptor needs, escalating program challenges or pending issues as appropriate for resolution.
• Data analysis, and reporting;
• Supports data and reports as needed for Institutional Effectiveness, Assessment and Accreditation, etc.
• Participates in the planning and staffing of Office of Experiential Training events and CE programs, as requested.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Range $48,273.00 - $60,341.00 Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Master’s degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of:
• Policies, procedures, and practices.
• Medical and pharmacy terminology as well as experiential/residency/internship experience concepts.
• Banner, Office 365 and other job-related software systems.
• E*Value, CORE, and/or Blackboard a plus.
• Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.

Skill in:
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Skills include entering, maintaining, extracting, and analyzing data in electronic systems.
• Strong management.
• Multitasking and time management.
• Analyzing documents.
• Both verbal and written communication.

Ability to:
• Prepare detailed reports.
• Generate computer reports, check for errors, correct and submit accurate reports.

Work Experience

One (1) to three (3) years of experience with administrative experience, preferably in a higher education setting and/or administrative health role.

Working/Environmental Conditions

Limited standing and/or walking.
Handling light weight objects.
Using or carrying equipment.
Stoop, bend or lift.
