Position Summary:

Dr. Green runs the Learning and Transfer Lab that studies human learning, in particular in the perceptual, motor, and cognitive domains. The lab manager will assist in conducting research in those areas. The research falls under three broad themes: transfer of learning, rate of learning, and depth of learning.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, or other related field required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

At least one year of experience in a research environment (e.g., serving as an undergraduate research assistant; conducting a senior thesis; etc.). Must have basic data science skills -- minimum Excel, but basic programming and/or statistics skills are preferred (R/Python especially, but including SPSS or SAS). Good communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with research personnel preferred.
