Position Summary:

Plans, develops, coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution's strategic goals. Represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. May supervise staff and/or lead a program area.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred with specialization in college student personnel, higher education, educational leadership, or a related field.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

At least three years of professional experience in academic affairs, academic advising, student services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in a clinical and/or health sciences academic discipline is desired but not required.
