Program Manager, Project ECHO
Location: Boise
Division/College: WWAMI Medical Education Program

Pay Range: $55,619 - $69,509 annually
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Position Summary:
This full time position will be responsible for the management and implementation of educational and research activities led by Project ECHO Idaho. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one or more of ECHO's educational programs, including coordination of ECHO initiatives and deliverables; planning and oversight of program activities; coordination with expert teams who lead trainings; participation and coordination on ECHO curriculum development; recruiting clinics for participation; promoting the ECHO learning model in the state; managing, organizing and documenting the education presentations. In addition, this position will work with WWAMI staff and faculty and Principle Investigators of the project on management of all deadlines for grant deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2 years of experience directly related to key duties and responsibilities specified
• Experience managing competing demands of multiple projects and independently coordinating and prioritizing relevant project tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Masters Degree in public administration, healthcare administration, project management, public health, or related fields
• Experience with health care clinical or educational data collection, analysis and report generation
• Experience managing educational or public health programs
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a public health or primary health care setting
• Experience organizing and coordinating educational presentations/curriculum
• Knowledge of and experience with distance learning technology
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise and train assigned staff
• Experience communicating with healthcare providers and other stakeholders on clinical topics related to disease management
