The Romain College of Business at the University of Southern Indiana invites applications for a renewable Instructor in Accounting position beginning August 2021.

Candidates must have a Masters degree in Accounting or an MBA with a CPA or CMA certification. A minimum of five years of recent professional work experience in accounting is required.

 

The primary areas of teaching will be financial accounting and managerial accounting. Responsibilities include innovative teaching in areas consistent with the Romain College of Business needs and service to the program, university, and community.  USI Faculty members are expected to have a strong desire for community engagement via continuous interaction with the local area businesses and organizations.

 

The University of Southern Indiana is in Evansville, Indiana’s third-largest city with an estimated metro population of 314,000. Located on the Ohio River, it is the commercial, medical and cultural hub of southwestern Indiana and the Illinois-Indiana-Kentucky tri-state area, and is within driving distance to Louisville, Kentucky, St. Louis, Missouri, Nashville, Tennessee, and Indianapolis, Indiana.
