Brief Statement of Duties

Brief Statement of Duties:

Teach a variety of courses in Finance & Quantitative Analysis at the graduate level with some assignment at undergraduate level. Other responsibilities include advising, program development, outcomes assessment, MBA portfolio mentorship, scholarship, and service activities. The College of Business is AACSB accredited, and ongoing professional development is expected. This is a campus-based position.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education:

Doctorate or equivalent terminal degree

Discipline / Degree Area:

Finance, Quantitative Business Management

Required Specialized Training/Certifications:

Assistant Professor applicants must possess an earned Doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited university. A focus on Finance and Quantitative Analysis is required. Must have a conferred terminal degree and official transcripts one week prior to the commencement of the appointment/contract start date. Applicants are required to be and maintain Scholarly Academic qualifications according to prevailing AACSB standards.

Evidence of positive university level teaching experience.
Classroom experience, distance learning and online teaching experience.
Knowledge and familiarity with learning management platforms, and diverse course delivery methods (f2f/hybrid/synchronous/asynchronous).
Successful completion of industry certifications within discipline.
