The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) is the largest Faculty in the University. FBA is a well-established full-service business faculty with AACSB and AMBA accreditations and full membership of EFMD. It is a distinctive flagship business school in the region with key responsibilities in business and management education and nurturing the leadership talents for the development of Macau and beyond as its mission states. It bridges the academic with real world practice and proactively engaged with industry and professional bodies, thus have made significant impact on the industry and the society.

FBA provides education in both traditional and emerging subjects in business and management, ranging from Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, Information System Management, general Management, to specialised Integrated Resort and Tourism Management. Qualifications

As part of its strategic development, FBA is conducting a global recruitment of academic at Assistant/Associate Professor level in the area of Accounting, Finance and Business Administration. The successful candidates must hold a PhD in the relevant fields and demonstrate a solid research record of international excellence. Knowledge and expertise in Accounting, Fintech are particular welcome. Industrial experience and experience in teaching DBA and/or EMBA are a plus. The candidates are expected to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be required to develop professional network in the community and make an appropriate contribution to university services.

The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in 2021.

Remuneration

A taxable annual remuneration starting from MOP828,100 (approximately USD102,230) will be commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% - 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
