About the Opportunity:
The Technical Support Representative will provide onsite support for the LIMS and scheduling systems for the COVID Testing Sites. Provide, manage and troubleshoot accounts and access issues. With the Senior Site Supervisors and Operations Manager, manage and support the staff scheduling system and process. Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, assist with inventory, reporting, and other tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Associated required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Two to four years of professional experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Customer Service experience working in a healthcare or professional setting required.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain issues and solutions to employees and testing participants.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook required.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
