The David F. Rankin College of Business at Southern Arkansas University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Management position beginning August 2021.

Duties: teach seated and online graduate and undergraduate courses in management, produce scholarly research leading to publications in refereed journals, advise students, serve on various committees at the college and university level, and other duties as assigned. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and specialization in management strategy & policy and one or more of the following areas: human resource management, international business, health care management, or organizational behavior.

Qualifications: preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in management or closely related field from and AACSB-accredited or equivalent institution; ABD candidates nearing completion may be considered; applicants that can demonstrate relevant teaching experience at the university level and/or ability to make scholarly contributions through refereed journal publications and other intellectual activities preferred.
