Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide is currently seeking a College Administrative Assistant to support the College the Business. Reporting to the Dean, this position a ssists with tracking of Department projects, collecting and analysis of data, assisting with the Department budget and travel requests, and various program data . Additionally, the position will a ssist with the scheduling/coordination of meetings for the College Leadership Team, College faculty and staff, and other groups as directed by the Department Chairs (virtual and on-site meetings)—including (as needed) scheduling hotel rooms, monitoring flights, booking meeting rooms, and recording meeting minutes. Provide academic support, including course scheduling, faculty clearances, course outlines , syllabi, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- (1-3) years of work related experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.
- Ability to analyze charts, spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Canvas, Campus Solutions and Enrollment Processes.
