Assistant Professor of Physics
Chapman University’s Department of Physics is seeking an Assistant Professor of Physics in Orange, CA. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses within the Schmid College of Science and Technology with a focus in the areas of physics, quantum information theory and the foundations of quantum theory. Develop curriculum and prepare course materials. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions. Participate in faculty decision-making in department committees. Required qualifications include Ph.D., or equivalent, in Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
