The next vice president of administration and finance will join McDaniel in early summer 2021, at an advantageous time for developing a multi-year financial plan that prepares the College for expected changes in higher education and ensures the College's continued financial health. The vice president will work with the newly installed president, campus constituents, and a dynamic senior leadership team to help create an ambitious strategic plan that preserves the high quality of education, addresses affordability, and maintains the College's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The vice president also will have an opportunity to plan for best use of campus facilities and further modernize administrative operating systems.
