Landmark College has an immediate opening for an Assistant Registrar for Online and Short term Programs. This is a great opportunity for a detailed oriented person who is wants to be an academic support team focused on student success.

The Assistant Registrar for Online and Short-term Programs reports to the college Registrar and is responsible for processing requests for student records, collecting and maintaining course syllabi for online and short-term courses, creating and tracking student files, executing and maintaining the accuracy of student data, scheduling of online and short-term courses, verifying and processing student enrollment requests for online and short-term courses, tracking and entering release forms for students and assisting the Registrar in processing grades for students enrolled in online and short-term courses, including grade changes, adds/drops/withdrawals, and extensions. The qualified individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to collaborate and serve as a liaison between multiple office a strong capacity for attention to detail.

 The qualified candidate will hold an associate degree, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and will have strong competency in office technologies and use of databases. The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment is required. Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills with faculty, staff, students, parents, educators, and other professionals, both inside and outside of the College is preferred.  The successful candidate will be expected to interpret and be familiar with academic policies and procedures, handle confidential and sensitive information.
