Notre Dame of Maryland is seeking a part-time coordinator for our Trailblazer's program. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Trailblazer Program for first-generation Women's College students. They will create and implement a schedule of activities to provide support for these students. This position will also oversee the second year of the FEST grant and the related Financial Literacy activities and the lending library.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree, preferably in counseling or higher education field and a minimum of two or more years of experience in academic advising, academic support services and/or teaching in a higher education environment. Position requires strong counseling and decision making skills; ability to work effectively, credibly and collaboratively with students, faculty and staff; and excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Will be required to learn University software systems related to data management and student records. This position supports occasional evening and weekend programming.
