Currently, Olympic College seeks to fill a full-time faculty positions in Nursing. The faculty member's responsibility is to provide classroom and clinical instruction for the Nursing Programs.
Nursing Faculty supervise students in clinical agencies, such as acute care, long-term facilities, and community-based agencies. Responsibilities include promoting positive agency relationships and a strong commitment to collegiality, i.e. team collaboration with agency staff, students, and Nursing Faculty.
The base salary for Nursing Faculty will now include an additional 26.5% pay adjustment to meet industry standards. Olympic College also provides an excellent benefits package which includes vacation, holiday & sick leave, medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
