Information Systems & Analytics: Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor or Assistant/Associate Lecturer (non tenure-track position) starting Fall Semester of 2021. The position will be responsible to teach the Business Analytics Experiential Learning courses in the Bachelors and Masters of Business Analytics and additional courses in the Analytics programs in the Farmer School of Business; thoughtfully advise students as they tackle diverse, open-ended projects; participate in service activities within the Information Systems & Analytics Department and the Farmer School of Business. 

Required: Applicants must have earned a master’s degree for rank of Assistant/Associate Lecturer or doctorate for rank of Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field by the time of appointment. Candidates must have expertise in applied Analytics and/or Data Science, with demonstrated expertise in solving problems in business. Candidates with five or more years teaching or corporate engagement experience in a similar position may be considered at the rank of Associate Lecturer or Associate Teaching Professor.

Desired: Consideration may be given to candidates with multiple years of experience collaborating on analytics problems with industry, government, or academia; experience engaging with clients from a variety of industries, organizations, and/or disciplines; experience teaching analytics problem-solving to students and/or colleagues; experience teaching professional skills (e.g. teamwork, project management, technical writing, reproducibility, coding, verbal and written communication) to students and/or colleagues.
