Dissertation Mentors

Arkansas State University is searching for Mentors to work with Doctor of Education students as they develop and complete dissertations.

Mentors work remotely up to 20-25 hours per week as part-time employees and are assigned no more than 15 doctoral candidates for two years.    

Employment Qualifications:
Earned Ph.D. or EdD from a regionally accredited university  

Preferred qualifications: 

A minimum of five years experience in the K12 leadership position for students working in the K12 system, or 5 years administrative experience for higher education candidates. 
A minimum of two years experience chairing doctoral dissertations with the completion of at least six doctoral candidates.
