Job Description:
The Adjunct Professor in Thermal Sciences will be responsible for teaching a section of Applied Thermal Science (ME432) for the Summer 2021 semester (Special Session). This course is a mechanical engineering senior elective which typically focuses on heating and ventilation systems (HVAC), although other applied thermal science topics could be considered. Applicants with industry or teaching experience in this area are preferred. The summer semester runs May 17, 2021 - August 13, 2021 with no classes scheduled the June 29 - July 5.
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have a Master of Science degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field as well as either teaching experience, industrial experience, or both.
