Administrative Specialist



Position Overview

To provide administrative support to the Operations department manages the work order management system, and serves as our primary customer service liaison. Assists with events and projects as assigned. Must possess and display outstanding oral and written communication, exceptional organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations department.
  • Manages the work order management system (entering, processing, assigning, dispatching work orders communications to customer/technicians).
  • Serves primary customer service liaison.
  • Event organizing and planning of employee appreciation initiatives.
  • Maintain office and break room supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining approved buyers list with vendors, Certificates of Insurance, insurance claims, and annual renewals.
  • Serves as a primary back-up in managing front desk operations.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist callers, receive and direct visitors within the office.
  • Work to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
