The College of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences invites
applications for a 9-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate
Professor to begin August 2021. Requirements include a doctoral
degree in Organizational and/or Leadership Studies or related
discipline. The successful candidate will be prepared to teach
courses and direct dissertations in Gannon's Organizational
Learning and Leadership doctoral program. We are especially
interested in candidates who can teach statistics and research
methods and who have expertise in Sociology or other social
sciences. Opportunities are available for undergraduate teaching in
Sociology and for collaboration with programs in Criminal Justice
and Social Work, with an emphasis on diversity and social justice.
Qualified candidates will be expected to work collaboratively with
colleagues, engage in scholarly activities appropriate to the
application and receipt of tenure and promotion in a Master's I
university, and engage in professional, university, and community
service activities and partnerships. Candidates must be able to
support and promote the University's inclusive mission, its
Catholic identity, and its liberal arts and professional education
