About the Opportunity:
The Business Development Analyst oversees data, research and analysis for Khoury College's Business Development team. They will be responsible for assembling data, stories and other inputs used to expand the number of corporate and philanthropic partnerships, working collaboratively across departments and functions. They will support the operationalization of new programs and initiatives to ensure a high quality experience for partners and students alike.

An overarching goal for the College is to build multi-faceted relationships that span experiential learning, research and innovation, corporate learning, and diversity and inclusion. The Analyst plays an important part in driving research, data collection and analysis to inform the development and stewardship of these relationships.

The Associate is part of a growing team that is located across different Northeastern campuses. They will collaborate actively with career service advisors, with the co-operative education team, advancement and with the university's office of employer engagement and career design.

Responsibilities:
The BizDev Associate's primary responsibilities are as follows:
1. Organize the data, research and context to be used in materials for the cultivation and stewardship of corporate and philanthropic partners
2. Work with internal stakeholders to capture learnings and results to inform these materials
3. Oversee all aspects of College scholarships and ensure follow on tracking of scholarship recipients
4. Support development and implementation of new initiatives through research, data collection and analysis
5. Support or oversee implementation of new initiatives, working with colleagues in other departments and colleges to ensure high quality experience for partners and students
6. Use Salesforce and other key systems/processes to track engagement activities and results

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 +/- years work experience in private sector and/or higher ed
  • Proficiency with technology, with emphasis on working in Excel and working with charts, graph, Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc. .
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Mission driven, fueled by desire to make CS education accessible and inclusive
