Job Summary/Basic Function

The Canino School of Engineering Technology seeks a faculty member for Mechanical Engineering Technology, Bachelor and Associate programs.

Job Requirements & Essential Functions of the Job

, computer numerical control, solid mechanics, dynamics, mechanical design.
The successful candidate will teach courses related to solid mechanics, design, and manufacturing topics and assist in growing enrollment. The faculty is encouraged to be an innovator within their discipline. There is an expectation to perform applied scholarly activities on technological problems as related to their profession and society. Participate in assessment of the program; participate in faculty governance; participate in department, university, professional, and public service; and participate with an industry-led advisory board.

Required Qualifications

Master of Science or Masters of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or related fields required

Preferred Qualifications

Industrial experience of 10 years and skilled in finite element analysis of designs is preferred.
