TheClinical Educationdepartment at St. Catherine University invites applications for anAdministrative Assistantposition. This is a regular, full-time position working 30 hours per week.

ThisAdministrative Assistantwill join the clinical education team to assure clinical contracts, clinical placements, clinical compliance, and onboarding are all accomplished efficiently. Working alongside the clinical education team, this position will:
Responsibilities:


  • Review documents, track requirements and respond to faculty and students via email and phone to ensure student compliance
  • Monitor student on-boarding process by verifying the student roster and monitoring on-boarding requirements
  • Initiate and monitor the contract process
  • Collaborate with team members to set priorities and goals
  • Communicate respectfully and build relationships of trust with people of all cultures and abilities, affirming the worth and preserving the dignity of individuals, families, and communities.
