Key Responsibilities
Juniata College invites applications for a fixed-term position as an Assistant Professor of Management beginning in August 2021, with the possibility of contract renewal.
Teaching assignments will include introductory undergraduate through graduate-level management courses and a range of other business courses. Candidates will also advise students, engage in professional development, and provide service to the college.
Juniata College is a selective, nationally ranked, liberal arts institution located in south central Pennsylvania, highly regarded for academic excellence (see http://www.juniata.edu). The Department of Accounting, Business, and Economics is IACBE -accredited and offers undergraduate Programs of Emphasis (POEs) in over ten areas as well as graduate programs in Accounting, Business Administration, and Organizational Leadership.

Position Qualifications
The College strongly prefers candidates possessing a D.B.A. or Ph.D. in Management or a related field. ABD candidates and MBAs with both teaching and professional experience will also be considered. An ideal candidate will possess teaching experience (classroom, online, undergraduate, graduate), related professional experience, a willingness to design and deliver new courses and programs, a flexible attitude toward teaching assignments, and a strong commitment to teaching.
Supervision Required/Given
This position reports to the Department Chair of Accounting, Business, and Economics.
