The College of Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus, invites applications for openings for tenure track faculty members across all disciplines. Through highly ranked residential and online programming, we prepare current and future generations of students for impactful careers as practicing engineers, managers, researchers, educators, and community leaders. We provide innovative educational experiences and supportive programs designed to foster a more welcoming community; one that makes engineering education more accessible and achievable for talented and hardworking students from a range of backgrounds. In collaboration with industry, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and other academic institutions and partners, our faculty lead research initiatives across all areas of engineering that create jobs, fuel economic growth, inform policy, solve global problems, and positively impact humanity.

Positions will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in engineering or closely related field by the start of the appointment. These positions will be responsible for both research and teaching.

This search is being conducted at the college level and is led by Dr. Tonya Peeples, Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion and Professor of Chemical Engineering.
