Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Woodbury School of Business

Position Category: Staff - Full-Time

Summary:
The Woodbury School of Business seeks a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator. This individual will take a data-driven approach to engage with our growing online community by developing communication strategies based on KPIs and metrics. This position directs and supervises Woodbury's digital advertising workflow and will be responsible for researching advanced industry trends and implementing current social media best practices.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator's primary focus will be content creation, collaboration, and the management of strategic digital marketing plans for various communications platforms. These platforms will include website, mobile applications, social media strategies, digital advertising, and online promotions. This individual will creatively collaborate with various groups within the Woodbury School of Business to ensure cohesive deliverables for initiatives.

This position will work closely with and reports directly to WSB's Director of Communications.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a directly related field of study or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of social media best practices
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and applications including the Adobe Suite
  • Knowledge of SEO, data analysis as well as online advertising best practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best digital marketing best practices and platforms
  • Knowledge and experience in managing and optimizing campaigns to meet objectives
  • Versatile writing skills
  • Exemplary skills in social media strategy and execution
  • Skills utilizing online and offline analytic tools
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to analyze data and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in the design and layout of collateral
    materials
  • Ability to collaborate, build rapport, and work in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and digital analytics to guide decision making

Physical Requirements:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to hear and talk. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to type, feel, and manipulate the mouse. The vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands; and rarely required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The individual will need to occasionally lift 10-25 pounds.
