West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology and the WVU Cancer Institute, are actively recruiting a Hematologic Malignancies/Stem Cell Transplantation Physician within our Hematology/Oncology section. The successful candidate will practice at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center in Morgantown, West Virginia. Enrollment of patients in clinical and translational research is a core institutional value supported by an excellent cancer clinical trials unit.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of hematology/oncology, focusing on hematologic malignancies and stem cell transplantation. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications: Applicants must have an MD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain a West Virginia medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship and be board eligible or board certified in hematology and/or oncology at the time of appointment. The ideal candidate will possess specialized training in stem cell transplantation. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials.
