VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE: Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Administration and Finance is responsible for maintaining the College's fiscal health and efficient administration. The VP helps evaluate proposed new initiatives and guides long-term financial planning within the scope of the College's mission, vision and strategic plan.

As a key member of the President's Cabinet, the VP of Administration and Finance works as part of a team to set the overall direction of the College. Consults with the members of the Cabinet on college-wide issues and works collaboratively to ensure that the college meets its strategic goals. Brings forward recommendations concerning college-wide cooperative ventures, facilities, and allocation of resources to the Cabinet and to the President.

The VP of Administration and Finance directs the work of the Administration and Finance Division, with supervisory responsibility for financial and business services, budget, facilities and grounds, campus police, environmental health and safety and enterprise risk management and oversight of the FLCC Association.

Master's Degree in business administration or related field, or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with CPA, CMA or CIA required. Five to seven years of progressively responsible administrative positions; supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in planning and managing the financial and physical resources of an organization; experience in higher education administration, preferably in a community college setting; experience in developing and carrying out strategic initiatives.
