The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida is seeking a board certified or board eligible pediatrician at the Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level to pursue a non-tenure track career in the Division of Hematology/Oncology. This position will provide clinical services to patients seen in the Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology clinics and Shands Teaching Hospitals as well as teaching Pediatrics residents and medical students.

The ideal candidate will be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology or Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics and completed a 3-year Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology fellowship program. We are particularly interested in candidates with interest in sickle cell anemia. We are looking for a candidate to grow our translational and clinical sickle cell research program, including involvement in pharmaceutical, cell therapy and gene therapy trials.

Minimum: Applicants must have a M.D. degree or equivalent and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida.

Preferred: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology or Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics and completed a 3-year Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.
