Job Summary
Lead application file processing for new undergraduate admissions. Provide strategic, procedural, and developmental recommendations for resources that impact admissions operations processes and efficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Lead day-to-day Office of Admissions operations and processing team, including direct supervision of a document specialist, transfer credit evaluators, a lead freshmen processor, and the Assistant Director
  • Along with Assistant Director of Admissions Technology, maintains data integrity, conducts system testing and upgrades, trains staff on operations processes, and oversees admission-related system Academic Data Collection
  • Serve as member of departmental leadership team, shaping policy for all staff
  • Collaborate with Division partners to ensure consistent student record keeping, transfer credit articulation, and system/state policies enforcement
  • Supervise tuition classification and residency processes for new undergraduate students
  • Maintain strong relationships with campus partners, specifically Academic Advising, Registrar, Financial Aid, Military and Veterans Services, International Student Admissions and Programs, and Student-Athlete Services

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience
  • Five or more years of related work experience

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Banner or similar student information system
  • Experience in Admissions Operations or Processing

Proposed Salary
$56,300 - Commensurate with Experience
