Job Description
The Department of Physical Sciences of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach Campus, invites applications for a teaching-focused non-tenure-track Assistant Professor position.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely-related discipline.
The position will be filled by a chemist who will teach courses in general chemistry as well as organic chemistry and/or biochemistry.
Candidates with prior experience in curriculum design and pedagogy are especially welcome to apply, with preference given to candidates with a strong commitment to experiential learning in a laboratory environment.
Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Candidates who can begin in August 2021 are especially encouraged to apply, but the position will remain open until filled.
