Lecturer of Information Technology
Department of Information Technology
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month non-tenure track Lecturer of Information Technology faculty position, beginning August 1, 2021.
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching classes in the undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program
- Participate in service activities per the department’s needs
- Working with a diverse population of students
An earned Master’s in a computing discipline, such as IT, CS, SWE, IS or the foreign equivalent is required.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Teaching experience preferred
- Online teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching on-line or hybrid courses
- Experience with cybersecurity and/or data analytics a plus
- Industry experience a plus
