Olympic College is recruiting to fill the position of Director of Financial Aid. This position is responsible for the administration of federal and state student aid programs across all three Olympic College campuses, as authorized by the Department of Education Title IV Participation Agreement and the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC). The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for employing data-informed decision-making in implementing, managing, and assessing all related programs, software applications, data, records, and reports, consistent with college policies and local, state, and federal law. Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Services, this role is responsible for leading the financial aid office team and collaborating with team members across enrollment services who perform duties directly related to financial aid and is accountable for establishing and maintaining excellent, responsive customer service standards across the departments. The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for engaging internal and external stakeholders, including high schools and community agencies, to support outreach and retention efforts by promoting financial literacy and education.
