Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job

Lecturer-Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to four courses per semester, all of which include online delivery. Topics vary depending on the needs of the academic department but may include:

Fashion Trend Forecasting

Fashion Merchandising Technology including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Excel

Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Logistics

Fashion Entrepreneurship

Buying, Planning, and Allocation

Fashion Brand Management

Lecturer-Pool faculty hiring is based upon student demand, on a semester-by-semester basis.

Educational Requirements for the Position

Requires a minimum of Master’s degree in related field. PhD is preferred.

Experience Required for the Position

Teaching experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Other Requirements for the Position

This posting is for the Fall 2021, Spring 2022 and Summer 2022 semesters.
