Position Summary:
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Eastern Kentucky University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 15, 2021. The successful candidate is expected to teach 12 hours per semester, including courses in the General Education program and undergraduate and graduate Mathematics and Statistics courses; establish a record of scholarship and peer-reviewed publication; and contribute to departmental, college, and university service. Review of applications will begin February 16, 2021, and will continue until the position is filled.


Minimum Qualifications:
A Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Statistics, or a related area from a NECHE, MSCHE, HLC, NWCCU, SACSCOC, WSCUC, or ACCJC accredited or internationally recognized institution is required by the start of employment.
