Position - MPCC is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as our Assistant Director of Student Life, Leadership, and Diversity. Job duties include coordinating Area Student Leadership Development, assisting Housing Directors area wide in creating a community atmosphere in residence life, planning and implementing student activities and leadership events, as well as advising NPCC Student Senate. This person will also lead the development of our MPCC Student Life Cultural Education Plan and coordinate service-learning events area wide. This is a 'live-in' position and is required to live in on-campus housing in North Platte. Coaching opportunities may be available.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and experience in Leadership, Student Life, Student Affairs, or related fields. Customer 'people skills' is a must, with some experience in diversity, personnel management, and team or community development.
