The Ticket Office Associate will:

- Assist the full time ticket office staff in several key functions, including daily office procedures and game day functions.
- Assist with phone, window, and mail orders for all athletic ticketed events using Paciolan software.
- Assist with game day ticketing.
- Provide a high level of customer service to donors, ticket holders, and the general public.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of PC operations and software.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Adherence to all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Paciolan software or related ticket system preferred.
