Pacific College of Health and Science is hiring for the position of Campus Director at our San Diego Campus.
Job Summary:
Responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for the operation of the institution and directly responsible for the implementation of the policies and procedures as set forth by the Board. The Campus Director is responsible for recruiting and training administrative personnel and maintaining an appropriate site for the institution. The Campus Director leads, directs and oversees the daily and long-term functioning of Pacific College San Diego Campus.
Areas of primary responsibility include:
Oversees daily budget decisions for the campus; coordinates, directs and supervises the daily flow of business for the college and clinic; acting as liaison between departments and branches; serves on Student Success Committee and sub-committees: maintains job descriptions and ensures a fully trained and staffed team; supports the development and maintains quality communication within the college while advocating team awareness and mission statement adherence.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in the area of education or business.
- Ability to successfully manage a workload and balance long-range planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent Team building and leadership skills.
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Higher Education
- Knowledge of Campus Vue
- Knowledge of Financial aid regulations
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher preferred
- 5 years leadership experience
