Executive Education Job Description

Job Summary

Assist strategic partnership development through managing online and in-person programs.

Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.

Essential Functions

● Conduct market research to identify new business contacts to increase sales in our high-touch executive-level programs.
● Work proactively with team, participants, subject matter expert and vendors to provide excellent customer service including managing contracts, invoicing and program completion communications.
● Support online programs including project planning, scheduling, marketing, customer service, participant communications, registration, enrollment, reporting and post-program engagement.
● Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives including timelines, materials (web content, email campaigns, etc.), proofing and analytics. Organize digital marketing files and images.
● Create and revise stakeholder materials (self-help resources, web content, videos, etc.)
● Update website and social media to drive engagement and fill our sales funnel.
● Work with online team to manage survey processes to gain valuable feedback and improve programs.
● Ensure clear and consistent communication of process, progress, deadlines, and decisions to all partners.
● Administer online events (webinars, etc.) to promote community engagement.
● Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a business or higher education context or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Proficiency with Google G Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office. Executive-level verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an environment with constantly changing client needs. Learning mindset. Experience working with diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Business and sales experience. Executive presence. Ability to become proficient in new technical platforms quickly.

Skills

Extremely organized and systems-oriented individual, with excellent judgment and attention to detail. Outstanding communication, problem-solving, project management, analytical, technical, interpersonal, writing, executive presence, judgment, and presentation skills. Experience and comfort with CRM, databases, online learning platforms, Google Analytics and the ability to quickly learn new skills. Creative and strategic thinker able to develop content and analyze data to meet marketing and learning goals. Ability to build trust and productive working relationships with individuals at all levels. Experience with a CRM, registration system, databases, and an online learning platform. Creative and strategic thinker able to develop content and analyze data to meet marketing and learning goals. Ability to build trust and productive working relationships with individuals at all levels. Ability to make data-driven decisions; good judgment with confidential information. Demonstrated ability to develop high standards of performance and professionalism to lead projects from beginning to end while meeting revenue mandates. Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a passion for advancing women in business. May involve future travel.
