The University of Florida College of Dentistry (UFCD) is recruiting a full-time non-tenure-track faculty, Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Diagnostic Sciences (OMDS). The University of Florida College of Dentistry (UFCD) is one of the leading dental schools in the United States devoted to improving and promoting oral health throughout Florida, the nation and worldwide through excellence in teaching, research, patient care and service.

Candidates will be expected to fully participate in the radiology residency program, DMD teaching, clinical activities, radiology faculty practice and in departmental research and/or other scholarly activities. The successful candidate will also be expected to obtain an affiliate appointment in the College of Medicine’s Department of Radiology with appropriate credentialing for hospital appointment.

Applicants must have a DDS, DMD or equivalent degree, with advanced Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology training, from a CODA accredited program. Applicants are expected to be Board-certified or Board-eligible through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR). Preferred qualifications include: teaching experience in both DMD and an advanced radiology education program and clinical practice experience.

Final candidate will be required to provide official transcript to the hiring department upon hire. A transcript will not be considered “official” if a designation of “Issued to Student” is visible. Degrees earned from an education institution outside of the United States are required to be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), which can be found at http://www.naces.org/ .
