Position Summary:
Responsible for processing gifts and pledges; researching donor information; updating records; generating reports; responding to inquiries and providing customer service. The position will ensure the overall accuracy and integrity of University of Idaho Foundation gift and donor records; assists in the management and supervision of other gift processors in Gift Administration; uses independent judgment to make decisions; will assist in training and educating other staff with the University of Idaho Foundation; and will interact collegially with Advancement units and other University partners on routine and non-routine activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors or relevant education
• Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems
• Experience entering and retrieving data using computerized records system
• Experience with computer software programs to research, compile and summarize data
• Experience following directions and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using a large integrated database system such as Banner and/or a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software solution
• Experience manipulating database software to store, retrieve, and compile information into report format
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading a team and/or supervising and training others
• Customer service experience
