IT Operations and Procurement Coordinator

The IT Operations and Procurement Coordinator is a member of the Computing and Information Technology Services (CITS) team at UMass Dartmouth and works with the Executive Director for IT Service Assurance to design, implement, and manage electronic business processes for campus wide IT procurement services.  The Coordinator represents CITS’ and UMass Dartmouth’s interests at UMass system shared procurement services (UPST) as it pertains to IT programs, initiatives, and contract development. Additionally, the Coordinator interfaces with UPST and campus constituents to implement campus wide policies and processes for hardware and software procurement including identifying purchase opportunities, negotiating with IT vendors, and developing procurement processes.
