About the Opportunity:
The COVID Vaccine Site Supervisor will assist with managing the daily operations for the vaccine site, including assisting with staffing, training, scheduling, interfacing with participants, and the preparation and administration of the vaccine. The role of the Site Supervisor is primarily to ensure an excellent vaccine operation and customer service experience for each of our participants. This requires vigilant protocol and policy adherence by every member of the vaccine center team. The Site Supervisor has the responsibility to ensure all participants have a consistent experience. They will train and reinforce exceptional vaccine protocols with clinical staff ensuring the vaccine center staff is modeling safe behavior by following set protocols, proper mask wearing and other PPE if needed, hand sanitization and maintaining a healthy distance.

The ability to be on your feet actively engaging with staff and participants for long periods is essential.

40 hours/week. This is a temporary assignment.

Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted, Massachusetts Registered Nursing (RN) license
  • BLS certification
  • Experience in vaccine administration preferred
  • Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of management experience required
  • Effective, demonstrated communication skills in listening, addressing concerns or issues, and following through in providing leadership under high stress circumstances
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate with staff and participants in a friendly, professional and respectful manner
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable with “rolling up sleeves” and filling in on occasion
