About the Opportunity:
The COVID Vaccine Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient, compliant operations of the COVID Vaccine site on our Boston campus. They will be responsible for managing supply inventory, partnering with Facilities on work orders, serving as a technology liaison, ensuring adequate staffing of the site, training non-clinical staff and delivering an exceptional experience to patients. This role will focus on process flow and ensuring efficiencies of the site and make recommendations for improvements to the Clinical Director.

This is a temporary position. Vaccination site will be open 5-7 days week. Must have flexible schedule.

  • Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Effective, demonstrated communication skills in listening, addressing concerns or issues, and following through in providing leadership under high stress circumstances
  • Experience in continuous improvement of new operations preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort and confidence in managing and reporting operational metrics related to budget, inventory, and compliance reporting
  • Comfortable with “rolling up sleeves” and filling in where needed
