Applications are invited for appointment as Full-time/Fractional Principal Lecturer (holding the title of Co-Project Investigator) in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 503165), to commence on April 1, 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a fixed-term basis, for two years and nine months.
Applicants should possess a PhD degree or a professional doctorate degree in School/Educational Psychology (professional practice) or a related discipline with previous working experience in project management or team leading experiences, and an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. The appointee will oversee the coordination work with the assigned schools to ensure smooth planning and effective delivery of a project supporting children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder in schools, including monitoring the implementation and progress of the programme. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
