Job Description:

Coordinates first year experience course (First Year Florida) development and delivery including overseeing all course section logistics and course instructor and peer leader recruitment, selection, training and supervision, and budget management.

Engages in strategic planning and assessment of First Year Florida and related first year experience programs, including campus partner presentation program.

Assist with summer orientation onsite program delivery.

Supports New Student Convocation logistics, programming and campus coordination in conjunction with the Director of New Student & Family Programs.

Expected Salary:

$47,500

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in student affairs, higher education, or related field. Qualified applicants should have graduate or professional experience in student affairs, with 1-3 years of direct experience. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience working with new student academic programs preferred.
