Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for
a part-time, 10-month Assistant Cheer or Dance Coach. Gannon's
athletic program includes 22 varsity sports, in which 20 sports
compete at the NCAA Division II level. Responsibilities include
assisting and supporting the head coach in relation to, but not
limited to, recruiting, strength & conditioning, team training,
and fundraising. Candidates must be able to support and promote the
University's Mission. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree; a
valid driver's license; working knowledge of AACCA and/or NDA rules
and an understanding of the philosophy behind them. Successful
candidates must possess cheer or dance experience at the collegiate
level. Coaching experience at the collegiate level is strongly
preferred. Gannon University is located near Lake Erie in Erie,
Pennsylvania, and offers ready access to a variety of cultural and
