Vice President for Strategic Innovation
Job Responsibilities: Through a strategic and integrated framework, manages and fosters the innovative pursuit and implementation of the College's efforts to effectively recruit and retain students using advanced marketing techniques that utilize research and data analytics, along with resources acquired through advancement and development.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in related field plus seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in community/technical education and/or senior level administration.
Preferred Qualifications: Earned Doctorate, along with ten years of experience, in a related field. Proven effectiveness and expertise in enrollment management in higher education; significant professional experience managing the complex interplay of marketing and recruiting strategies and enrollment goals; experience in the use of a range of marketing strategies and data analytics; experience in developing partnerships to facilitate growth in resource needs and development.
