Job Description:
The People Center (HR) team at Champlain College seeks a People
Center Operations Coordinator. We are looking for a candidate able
to communicate with both internal and external partners, who
possesses coordination know-how, a customer service attitude, and
has the ability to add to our internal marketing needs. The ability
to keep work on track and on time is a must. Systems don't scare
you- even the first time you peer under the hood. Our ideal
candidate will be able to easily switch between marketing asset
creation, meeting logistics, completing detailed documentation
while being customer service oriented. Experience in higher
education is a plus for this role.
Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the department webpages
- Respond to general employee inquiries via ticketing system, email, and phone
- Create and present Student employee training in partnership with Financial Aid
- Coordinate all aspects of employee training through our Dare U program; logistics, promotion, enrollment, analysis/reporting,
- Employment verifications
- General Office Coordination
- Collect and respond to Mail/Faxes
- Pay Invoices
- Recognition Event assistance
- Employee communication including our newsletter
- Administer our learning software
