Visiting Assistant Professor of History
The Department of History in the School of Humanities at Greensboro College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor of History for a one-year term, with potential for renewal. The department seeks a colleague whose expertise is in the field of American History with the area of concentration open. The position will begin in August of 2021. The Visiting Assistant Professor of History will be expected to create and teach a full course load, survey and upper level, and serve on institutional committees as needed.

- American History concentration with AOS/AOC open
- Candidates must hold PhD in History or related field by August 2021
- Teaching experience in higher education preferred; proof of successful teaching record
- Experience in K-12 setting and/or public history are of interest
